CRISPY CHICKEN TENDERS

Ingredients

3-4 chicken breasts, cut into tenders
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups Corn Flakes cereal, finely crushed
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar Chili Rub & Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Creamy Parmesan & Black Pepper Ranch Sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place chicken in a large bowl along with buttermilk. Combine Corn Flakes, flour, Brown Sugar Chili Rub & Seasoning and Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Dredge each piece of chicken in the crumb mixture and place on the baking sheet. Lightly brush or spray chicken with olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Serve with Parmesan & Black Pepper Ranch Sauce.
